Delivery & Returns
Delivery charges in the UK and elsewhere
Free shipping applies if the item/s are to be delivered within the UK. Elsewhere, a shipping fee will applied and calculated at checkout. Import taxes and duties may be applied to orders outside of the UK. Such fees and charges are responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Please check with your local customs office to receive an estimate of possible charges applicable to your order prior to purchasing.
Delivery times
We endeavour to deliver in-stock products within 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday) - within the UK. We use Royal Mail, UPS & DHL. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the delivery.
Made-to-order and custom pieces remains at a standard lead time of 16-22 weeks.
Process for returns
To return an item you must:
- Please email us at hola@andes-design.com with your intention to return your order within 3 business days of receiving your item.
- Items must be returned to us within 14 business days of days of the date you received your item (s).
- Items must be returned to us in the original packaging in an unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not reach our standards.
- Any losses or damages occurred during return shipping are deemed your responsibility, we therefore recommend using a trackable service with signature on delivery.
- As a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of your return shipping unless the item you received is faulty, damaged or not the product that you ordered. This may include duties.
Conditions for returns & refunds
- Refunds or exchanges are not offered on sale items.
- You will receive your refund once your return has been received, processed and approved. Please allow up to 14 business days for this to occur.
- Returns are not possible on any Custom or Bespoke items you have ordered online as these are specially commissioned items tailor-made to your specifications. To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is returnable before ordering.
